This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of data, reporting, and analytics within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) function. The VP will define and execute the data and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities while driving transformation across platforms, operating models, and capabilities.
You will lead the evolution from traditional reporting to advanced, insight-driven and AI-enabled analytics, enabling better decision-making, efficiency, and control across procurement and shared services.
Key Accountabilities
- Own the analytics and reporting ecosystem for S2P, including data architecture, governance, and delivery
- Drive transformation initiatives across data platforms (e.g., Coupa, Oracle, Tableau, SAS Viya) and operating models
- Establish scalable data infrastructure (data marts, DWH, ETL) to support enterprise reporting and analytics
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across all reporting layers
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and compliance to align on data strategy and priorities
- Lead cross-regional teams and develop leadership bench (including AVP-level team members)
- Introduce and scale innovative capabilities, including Generative AI, to modernize analytics and reporting
