About the Project

The Podcast AI Project is a global initiative designed to collect real, natural English conversations from diverse speakers. Your voice will help train the next generation of AI language and voice recognition modelsmaking AI smarter, more inclusive, and more accurate for everyone.

We are inviting English speakers in the Philippines to join as Podcast Hosts or Co-Hosts. You do not need to be a podcast professionalif you enjoy talking about topics you love, you're qualified. No experience required!

Rates & Payment (Philippines)

Host: P250 per recording hour

Co-Host: P200 per recording hour

Other Compensations:

• Earn up to $70 bonus for completing your hours
• Earn up to $120 each referrals

What You'll Do

• Record conversational, unscripted English podcasts (no professional experience needed!)
• Talk about any topic you're passionate aboutlifestyle, hobbies, stories, experiences, etc.
• Work with a partner (we provide one if you don't have one)
• Follow simple recording guidelines for clarity and quality
• Submit recordings through our platform for approval

Requirements

• Can speak and hold a conversation in English
• Clear, understandable speaking voice
• Laptop/desktop with stable internet

• Minimum: 25 Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload

• Noise-cancelling headset or good-quality microphone
• Quiet recording environment
• Able to follow simple submission guidelines
