About the Role
We are looking for a Voice QA & Production Specialist to support our AI voicebot products. This role is primarily focused on quality assurance — reviewing recordings for accuracy, tone, and consistency, and coordinating part-time voice recorders to keep production running smoothly.
You will also take on occasional voice recording work as needed, though recording volume is relatively light overall.
What You'll Do:
Quality Assurance & Review
- Review and analyze completed recordings to identify retake needs or areas for improvement
- Evaluate tone, clarity, consistency, and suitability for intended use cases
- Work closely with the team to implement adjustments based on feedback and analysis
Part-Time Recorder Coordination
- Assign recording tasks to part-time voice recorders with clear instructions
- Provide training, guidance, and onboarding support to new part-time recorders
- Monitor progress, coordinate schedules, and ensure deliverables are submitted on time
- Review output quality from part-time recorders and request revisions when needed
- Maintain smooth communication and workflow across all part-time recording resources
Voice Recording
- Produce high-quality recordings as needed across various scenarios, with quick turnaround when required
- Fully understand script content and deliver accurate emotion, tone, pacing, and intonation
- Collaborate with the team to prepare, revise, and refine recordings to meet project requirements
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with internal teams to align on script requirements, project goals, and delivery timelines
- Maintain organized documentation of scripts, recordings, feedback, and recorder assignments
- Support continuous improvement of recording processes and workflow efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail with a good ear for audio consistency, tone, and quality
- Experience in voice recording, voiceover, broadcasting, call center, or QA/review roles
- Comfortable reviewing and giving constructive feedback on others work, not only producing your own
- Clear, natural, and professional speaking voice in both English and Filipino/Taglish
- Able to adapt tone and delivery style across different scenarios — customer service, collections, and sales
- Collaborative and open to feedback — comfortable coordinating with a production team and managing part-time staff
- Professional communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Available to respond quickly when recording work is needed
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct in all aspects of the work
