Voice AI Automation Specialist
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp and reliable Voice AI Automation Specialist to build intelligent, conversational systems that handle real customer interactions. You'll design and deploy voice agents that automate sales, support, appointments, and workflows across multiple industries using cutting-edge AI platforms.

What You'll Build
Advanced voice agents using Vapi and Retell AI for inbound/outbound automation
Intelligent conversation flows that handle objections, qualify leads, book appointments, and provide support
Multi-step automation workflows connecting voice AI with CRMs, databases, and business tools
Custom integrations between voice platforms, GoHighLevel, Supabase, n8n, Zapier, and Make.com
Scalable systems that grow with client usage and evolving business needs
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement voice AI agents for diverse use cases (sales, support, scheduling, surveys, etc.)
Engineer effective prompts and conversation logic for natural, adaptive voice interactions
Build complex automation workflows integrating voice platforms with CRMs, databases, and APIs
Configure and optimize API integrations between voice systems and business tools
Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Test, troubleshoot, and refine voice agents based on performance data
Document systems and collaborate with the team to share knowledge and improve processes
Required Qualifications
6+ months hands-on experience building voice AI agents (Vapi, Retell, or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of conversational AI design and voice agent architecture
Experience with prompt engineering for AI-powered conversations
Proven ability integrating APIs and webhooks for real-time automation
Comfortable with GoHighLevel workflows and automation
Intermediate to advanced scripting skills (JavaScript or Python) for custom logic and integrations
Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com
Strong systems thinking and ability to architect multi-step workflows
Excellent communication skills for client-facing work
Preferred Skills
Experience with Supabase or similar database platforms
Knowledge of additional CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Understanding of telephony systems and call routing
Experience with AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.)
Familiarity with voice analytics and optimization
Background in sales, customer service, or appointment-setting processes
