Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for a Voice Agent based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The Voice Agent will investigate who is responsible for utility usage at specific properties, inquire and connect with previous tenants, property managers, real estate agents, or owners to identify the correct party, collect and verify necessary information to ensure proper accountability for utility consumption and determine the next steps, such as establishing utility accounts or making decisions like disconnection, to reach a resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Trace Identification – conduct minimal traces and utilize available resources to identify the structure of the site, locate the meters, and identifying nearby businesses for assistance in obtaining leads about the premise's occupant.
  • Proactive Communication – pose targeted and insightful questions to extract necessary information to identify individual or entity responsible for the utility usage.
  • Problem-Solving – analyze gathered data to determine most likely responsible party for utility usage, resolving any discrepancies or conflicting information.
  • Account establishment/Disconnection– assist in establishing utility accounts or facilitating disconnections for the identified responsible party.
  • Documentation – maintain accurate records of all interactions including trace results, communication with third parties and account establishment details.
  • Decisiveness – identify the next course of action if issues remain unresolved, such as disconnection, initiating property/paid searches or requesting for field visits.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with utility service providers is preferred.
  • Strong investigative skills and the ability to ask the right questions.
  • Proven experience in Sales or Customer Service handling Energy Account.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • AU background is an advantage.

P25,000 - P35,000

The salary range posted represents the gross total package (inclusive of basic pay and monthly allowances) for this full-time role. The final compensation offer will be determined based on the candidate's core competencies, relevant experience, interview performance, and overall qualifications. Mandated statutory benefits (13th-month pay, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and unique company incentives will be detailed in the formal job offer. The company reserves the right to modify salary brackets prior to job offer issuance.
