Role Description The Visual & Multimedia Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig, responsible for creating visually compelling content that supports NMBLR's AI-focused initiatives and client projects. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for digital and print materials, producing multimedia assets such as videos and animations, and developing visual layouts for web and presentation content. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives, while maintaining brand consistency across all creative outputs. The designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, refine feedback into updated designs, and prepare assets optimized for various platforms and formats.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create clear, modern, and brand-aligned visuals.
- Experience in Multimedia and Video Production, including editing, motion graphics, and asset preparation for different channels.
- Proficiency in Web Design, with an understanding of layout, usability, and responsive visual design principles.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams to interpret requirements and turn them into effective visual solutions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across digital, video, and interactive formats.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
