AT A GLANCE
The Visual Merchandising Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of visual merchandising initiatives across all stores. This role ensures consistent and effective implementation of campaigns, product launches, store displays, and merchandising standards to enhance customer experience, strengthen brand presentation, and drive sales performance.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Visual Merchandising Planning and Execution
- Support the conceptualization, planning, and execution of visual merchandising requirements for marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal activations, and store initiatives.
- Develop visual merchandising guides and execution materials to support consistent implementation across stores.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of visual merchandising projects.
- Address and resolve display-related concerns raised by store operations teams.
Store Layout & Display Design
- Plan and execute store layouts, product placements, and visual displays that maximize product visibility, customer engagement, and traffic flow.
- Recommend display and merchandising improvements based on store formats, customer behavior, and business needs.
- Ensure proper fixture utilization and visual presentation across all retail locations.
Planogram Development & Execution
- Create, update, and maintain planograms and fixture layouts for product categories and campaign launches.
- Ensure accurate product placement and merchandising execution based on approved planograms and visual standards.
- Partner with store teams to ensure consistent implementation and compliance across locations.
Retail Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives through store feedback, audits, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales performance, customer traffic, and product movement data to identify merchandising opportunities and improvements.
- Provide recommendations to optimize displays, layouts, and merchandising strategies based on business performance and customer insights.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage visual merchandising materials, production timelines, and installations.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within budget and schedule.
- Support procurement and inventory management of visual merchandising assets and display materials.
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience related to Visual Merchandising
- Preferably has experience working in Retail.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willing to travel and conduct regular store visits as needed
