Job Summary:
The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of the Levi's Brand Environment, campaigns, and commercial programs in stores within the assigned region through visual display. This role ensures accurate and consistent implementation of the Principal's visual merchandising guidelines and coordinates closely with Store Managers and Store Supervisors to maintain visual standards across assigned stores.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute the official Levi's brand standards on merchandise directives and window execution.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns and commercial programs in the stores.
- Conduct regular store visits and visual compliance checks to ensure standards are properly implemented and maintained.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and Store Supervisors for the upkeep, adjustment and maintenance of implemented standards.
- Oversees receipt/deliver and placement of collaterals in the stores.
- Prepare visual merchandising reports, photo documentation, and compliance updates as required.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- With at least 5 years of experience in Visual Display / Visual Merchandising, preferably within the fashion retail industry (international brands)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute standards accurately
- Able to work independently and manage multiple store locations
- Good communication and coordination skills with Operations and store teams
- Willingness to travel to assigned stores as required
