Visual Merchandising Manager

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila

Work Setup: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time (M - S depending on business need)

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Visual Merchandising Manager to lead visual merchandising initiatives across a nationwide retail network. This role is responsible for developing store layouts, managing space allocation, maintaining visual merchandising standards, overseeing store opening setups, and supporting marketing activations to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Store Development, Logistics, and Operations teams while ensuring all stores adhere to brand and display standards.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising & Space Planning

  • Develop store layouts, merchandise allocation plans, and display strategies for new and existing stores.
  • Review floor plans and coordinate with store development and design teams to optimize product placement and customer flow.
  • Create and maintain planograms and visual merchandising standards.

Store Display Management

  • Ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising standards across all stores.
  • Develop display modules, merchandising guidelines, and execution directives.
  • Conduct visual audits and monitor compliance through store visits and remote assessments.

Store Opening Execution

  • Lead visual merchandising preparations for new store openings, relocations, and renovations.
  • Coordinate with Merchandising, Logistics, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure timely completion of all visual requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute store setup plans and planograms before launch.

Marketing & Promotional Support

  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activations through effective visual execution.
  • Ensure all point-of-sale materials, graphics, and display assets are installed correctly and on schedule.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, suppliers, and mall management teams.
  • Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Visual Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Visual Merchandising or Store Merchandising experience within retail environments.
  • Strong experience creating and implementing planograms and visual merchandising standards.
  • Proven experience supporting new store openings, renovations, or retail rollouts.
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans and store layouts.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and merchandising-related tools.
