Visual Merchandising 3D Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Concept Development

• Translate client or marketing briefs into compelling visual ideas.
• Create storyboards, mood boards, and concept presentations.

Graphic and Digital Design

• Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, posters, brochures, banners, and email campaigns.
• Develop layouts for websites, landing pages, and mobile interfaces (UI/UX).

Brand Identity Design

• Create or enhance brand identity elements (logos, color schemes, typography).
• Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Incorporate local holidays, trends, and linguistic nuances.

Multimedia Production

• Design assets for video content, motion graphics, and animations.
• Collaborate with video editors or animators if not handled directly.

Collaboration with Teams

• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams.
• Present design ideas and get stakeholder buy-in.

Agency or Startup Versatility

• Often wear multiple hats: from visual design to basic copywriting and light video editing.
• Adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury, beauty, or FMCG.
• Well-versed in visual merchandising, including product displays, planograms, window displays, and in-store dress-ups.
• Experience in designing store fixtures, animations or pop-up displays, and event setups.
• Skilled in POSM design (e.g., marketing collaterals as needed).
• Knowledgeable in fabrication techniques and materials.
• Willing to do fieldwork when required.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape.
• Familiar with Google Workspace tools: Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and is capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City.
