Visual Merchandiser

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining brand-aligned visual presentations across retail spaces. This role plays a key part in enhancing customer experience, supporting commercial goals, and maintaining brand consistency. In addition to core visual merchandising duties, the role also includes support in the conceptualization and development of new product design.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising Execution

• Plan, design, and implement visual displays for retail locations, pop-ups, and events.
• Ensure all visual merchandising is aligned with brand standards, seasonal themes, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular store visits or reviews to assess and maintain merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for product launches and promotional campaigns.

New Product Design Support

• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Creative teams on new product concepts.
• Provide input on packaging, presentation, and visual aspects of product design.
• Offer feedback to ensure new products are visually cohesive with existing brand identity and practical for in-store display.

Strategic Input & Reporting

• Monitor and report on visual merchandising effectiveness and in-store customer engagement.
• Research trends and competitor displays to inform ongoing merchandising strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal departments (Product, Marketing, Sales) to support campaign executions and new initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts (preferred) or any related programs
• At least 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig on a full on-site setup
