About the Role
The Visual Merchandising Assistant (VMA) plays a key role in bringing our brands to life in-store. Working closely with the VM Manager, you will help execute creative displays across stores and affiliates, ensuring every launch, campaign, and special project delivers a visually compelling and on-brand customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the VM Manager in the execution of in-store visual displays and merchandising standards
- Support the setup and installation of window displays, mannequins, and in-store fixtures
- Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with store teams for timely implementation of displays and updates
- Assist in the rollout of new store openings, product launches, and special projects
- Monitor store compliance with VM standards and provide feedback for improvements
- Help in sourcing, organizing, and maintaining visual merchandising materials and props
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency and quality of visual presentations
- Support documentation and reporting of VM activities, including photo documentation
- Ensure all displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or Visual Merchandising (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!)
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong graphic design and layout skills
- Creative thinking and visual storytelling ability
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
