Job Description

Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotional displays.
Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
Understand the store's situation and customer demands.
Keep focusing on the stock situation, ensure the stock turnover rate is within a reasonable range.
Analyze and act accordingly to competitor's movements and dynamics and make reasonable judgments upon their own brand.
Work as a team to maintain brand image.
Oversee the basic production and brief staff on arranging displays.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of Arts and Designs, Multimedia, Mass Communications, or any four-year Business course.
With at least 6 months experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
Retail industry experience is an advantage.
Strong Communication Skills.
Creative Visual Arts and Multimedia Designs, Planogramming.
Adept at using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative programs.
