Visual Display Officer

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field

- At least 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising (retail or home improvement industry preferred)

- Strong creative vision with excellent attention to detail

- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage

- Willing to travel frequently across assigned areas

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create and Manage Displays: Create, implement and maintain attractive product displays that follow company standards, seasonal themes, and promotions to help boost sales.

- Support Stores and Staff: Visit stores to check displays, give guidance, and train staff to keep visual standards consistent.

- New Store Setup & Innovation: Lead visual setup for new stores, design creative displays, and adjust visuals to fit each store's layout and customer needs.
