Visual Display Officer

Job Overview:

The Visual Display Officer is responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining high-quality visual merchandising displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This role will ensure that all displays are aligned with company standards, seasonal themes, quarterly campaigns, monthly thematic and promotional activities. The Visual Display Officer will also work closely with store teams to implement displays that effectively showcase key products, optimize floor space, and maintain consistency across all stores.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Drafting Technology, or any related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in home improvement, retail, or furniture industry
• Strong creative and design skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stores across different regions.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Panay region, Negros, and Mindanao.
