Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the design group by monitoring and ensuring that all collaterals are served on time in order to adhere and support the standards and brand image of the company
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth AVID workflow transactions including coordination with other departments, troubleshooting and task delegation
- Attend to all requests are within the 10-day lead time
- Prepare annual budget and strategically allocates resources based on company's direction
- Track monthly expenses and makes proactive corrections
- Attend meetings and collaborates with other departments
- File all approved layouts and organizes them for future reference and safekeeping
- Facilitate the fixed assets and supplies requirement including ordering, inventory check, and releasing
- Prepare actual expenses and billing charges of all approved layouts
- Facilitate processing of design software and programs
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
- Background in Interior Design or Visual Merchandising is an advantage
- Creative and strategic
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Willing to be assigned in SM Southmall, Las Piñas City
