Visual Display and Design Officer

Responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining the overall design aesthetics of the malls under his/her supervision. Provides design recommendations and solutions relevant to the mall's operational needs and ensures that all display installations stay within budget and adhere to the standards & brand image of the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Develop creative concepts and designs that strengthen the company's brand image, attract customers, and boost sales.
• • Manage AVID and project execution by overseeing fabrication, installation, and maintenance of visual displays and marketing materials.
• • Plan and control budgets for annual operations, special projects, and décor procurement to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• • Handle administrative and operational tasks including documentation, asset management, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• • Lead and develop team members by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth and performance improvement.
