Who are we looking for

We're seeking a Visual Communications Coordinator to support the development of engaging, high‑quality visual content that brings GHD's stories, projects, and brand to life. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our visual communications are consistent, compelling, and aligned with GHD's global brand.

This is an ideal opportunity for a detail‑driven and creative professional who enjoys collaborating across teams and translating ideas into strong visual outputs.

In this diverse role you will:

• Coordinate and support the creation of visual communication assets across digital and internal channels
• Assist with the preparation and layout of presentations, graphics, and visual content
• Ensure visual materials align with GHD brand guidelines and quality standards
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather briefs, manage timelines, and track deliverables
• Support the organisation and maintenance of visual assets and templates
• Contribute to continuous improvement of visual communication processes

To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or an equivalent discipline and/or least 2 years of experience relevant to the role
• Experience in visual communications, graphic design, marketing, or a related coordination role
• Strong eye for detail, layout, and visual consistency
• Comfortable working with design and presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, or similar)
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

This role can be based in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu.
