We use specific training curriculums (including Moodle and Gemba concepts) to guide our operations. We are looking for a dedicated team member to become an expert in our systems and help us improve our daily processes.
The Role
This is a
Junior-level virtual position ideal for recent graduates in
Engineering, IT, or Computer Science. We know you may not have work experience yet; we are looking for someone with a logical mind who is ready to learn.
You will begin with a
90-Day Process Engineering Training Program. During this time, you will receive a training allowance while you learn our systems and methods.
Once trained, you will help us solve operational problems, research solutions, and organize our data. This is a hands-on role for a highly organized individual who enjoys structure and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Research (First 90 Days): Your main focus initially is to complete our Moodle-based training curriculum. You will need to research concepts and apply them to our specific business case to show you understand how we operate.
- Database Administration: Manage our NocoDB operational dashboard (similar to Airtable or SmartSuite). You will use your technical background to keep our data organized and efficient.
- Problem Solving: Help us identify bottlenecks in our work. You will research why a problem is happening and propose logical solutions to the management team.
- Process Documentation: Work with our US-based team to document how they currently do tasks, then help create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to make those tasks easier and faster.
- Performance Tracking: Help us track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare simple reports that show how our improvements are working.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, etc.), Computer Science, or Information Technology is preferred.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. We are happy to train the right person.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable learning new software quickly. Experience with databases or low-code platforms (like Airtable/NocoDB) is a plus.
- Mindset: You should be curious, detailed-oriented, and enjoy fixing things.
- Communication: Clear written English skills are essential for creating documentation and communicating with the team.
- Discipline: As this is a remote role, you must be self-motivated and able to focus on your training modules from home.
