Virtual Recruitment Support (Up to ₱29K | WFH | FREE AI Certification)

WFH (Philippines) | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Monday–Friday

You own the administrative engine of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring candidate documentation and placement workflows move without friction. Your work involves high-volume data management, compliance tracking, and coordination between recruiters and healthcare professionals to ensure successful placements.

This is a structured delivery role. You operate within defined recruitment queues, following specific documentation standards and audit trails required for the Australian healthcare sector. Best suited for detail-oriented professionals who value process integrity, thrive in high-speed administrative environments, and prefer clear daily outputs over ambiguous tasks.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment administration or a fast-paced administrative support role.
  • Proven experience managing candidate paperwork, placement documentation, or compliance files.
  • Hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms and administrative tools for tracking recruitment stages.
  • Previous exposure to high-volume workflows where accuracy and meeting placement deadlines are critical.
  • Reliable home office setup and the ability to work consistent day-shift hours aligned with Australian business needs.

STRONG SIGNALS

  • Experience supporting healthcare or medical recruitment (doctors/locums).
  • Exposure to the Australian recruitment market or labor standards.
  • Advanced skills in document management and cloud-based collaboration tools.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Recruitment Workflow Coordination

You own the administrative momentum of the desk—ensuring no candidate stalls due to missing paperwork or uncoordinated logistics.

  • Process candidate documentation to progress placements in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate recruitment stages between consultants, healthcare providers, and doctors.
  • Maintain real-time updates in the recruitment database for all active files.

Compliance & Paperwork Management

You act as the final gatekeeper for data integrity, ensuring all new and placed candidate records meet regulatory and client standards.

  • Audit and maintain essential paperwork for all successful placements.
  • Ensure accuracy in candidate profiles and placement records.
  • Execute administrative tasks required to meet internal and external audit requirements.

Stakeholder Service Delivery

You provide the operational backbone that allows recruiters and doctors to focus on clinical placements through reliable support.

  • Deliver consistent administrative service to recruiters and clients.
  • Interact with healthcare professionals to facilitate necessary documentation.
  • Resolve administrative bottlenecks that threaten placement timelines.
