Job Description:
The Virtual Property Manager supports field operations remotely by coordinating maintenance, guest issues, and property readiness. They act as the digital hub between guests, cleaners, inspectors, and vendors — ensuring every property meets Oceanside's quality and service standards without delay.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor property performance, guest feedback, and maintenance tickets in real time.
· Assign and track work orders with cleaners, inspectors, and vendors.
· Verify property readiness before guest arrivals through digital checklists and reporting tools.
· Communicate regularly with local staff to resolve issues and maintain property standards.
· Help document and improve property management processes for scalability.
· Support the Guest Experience and Owner Success teams with accurate operational updates.
Qualifications:
Requirements / Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and coordination skills with remote-team experience.
· Proficiency with PMS and task management tools.
· Detail-oriented and reliable with excellent follow-through.
· Calm under pressure and comfortable handling multiple moving parts.
· Experience in hospitality operations or short-term rentals preferred.
· Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and processes quickly.
