Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other online platforms
  • Assist clients with account-related concerns, applications, and service requests
  • Perform outbound calls for customer engagement, follow-ups, or sales opportunities
  • Accurately encode and maintain customer data and transaction records
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns
  • Meet daily productivity and performance targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and process improvements
  • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times

Qualifications

  • College level or Vocational Graduate
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good logical thinking skills
  • Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or customer acquisition is an advantage but not required
