Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will assist with basic accounting, scheduling, email management, and podcast-related tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle basic accounting tasks using Xero and QuickBooks
- Manage billing and invoicing
- Respond to emails and maintain inbox organization
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist in organizing events and coordinating logistics
- Edit and post podcast episodes
Requirements:
- Experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks
- Background in administrative or virtual assistant roles
- Strong communication and email management skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Basic experience in podcast editing and posting (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Work Setup:
- Part-time remote role
- Day shift schedule
