About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Virtual Assistant in the Philippines who can support our client with customer onboarding, contract review, and rebate/credit verification. This role requires strong English communication skills, exceptional accuracy, and the ability to coordinate confidently with foreign clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
- Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new customers
- Ensure all required documents and information are complete
- Guide customers through onboarding steps and address questions
Contract Review & Verification
- Review and interpret customer contracts, including rebate programs, credit programs, and other agreements
- Track and validate contract terms, conditions, and timelines
- Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation
Rebate, Payment & Credit Memo Management
- Serve as the go-to person for verifying customer payments
- Cross-check rebates, credit memos, and related financial documents
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams regarding updates or issues
Client Communication
- Communicate with foreign (international) clients professionally
- Handle inquiries, clarifications, and follow-ups
- Provide timely updates and maintain excellent client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Prior experience speaking and coordinating with foreign clients
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience in customer onboarding and contract/document review
- Familiarity with rebate or credit programs is a strong advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRMs, or contract management tools
