Join a globally trusted provider of accounting and finance offshoring solutions supporting premium clients across Australia, the US, and the UK. They are expanding their team in Cebu and looking for a sharp, client-facing professional to deliver top-tier back-office and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Chasing: Directly call Australian clients to gather missing financial data, clarify queries, and follow up on outstanding signatures before filing.
- Inbox & Workflow Management: Manage the practice's incoming correspondence, coordinate executive calendars, and maintain CRM system workflows.
- Financial & Tax Administration: Assist with basic document management, input financial data, and monitor compliance due dates via the tax portal.
- Debtors Management: Track, issue, and follow up on overdue invoices while setting up structured payment arrangements.
Job Requirements
- Education: A Degree or Master's in Commerce, Business, or Finance/Accounting (basic accounting knowledge is preferred as you will work closely with financial practices).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of solid experience in a Virtual Assistant, BPO, or relevant administrative role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Work Setup: Must be fully open to working 100% on-site at our Cebu City office location during Australian business hours (6:30 AM to 3:30 PM).
