Role Description

This remote, full-time Virtual Assistant role is focused on providing administrative and operational support. Key responsibilities include :

  • Executive day to day support
  • Sales & Marketing operations support
  • Build and maintain report, workflow
  • Team coordination
  • Admin & ad-hoc projects

Who you are

  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Naturally organised
  • Fast with tools - pick up software quickly (must!)
  • Self-managed
  • Proactive, not reactive

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or marketing admin role
  • Exceptional written English you will be drafting content that represents the business
  • Experience supporting a senior leader or small business owner remotely
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and at least one project management tool (Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders without losing track
  • Familiarity with software workflows is a strong advantage (content calendars, briefing designers, social scheduling)
  • Experience with Canva, basic design tools, or CRM platforms is a plus
  • Work with Australian work Hours and Australian public holidays
