Role Description
This remote, full-time Virtual Assistant role is focused on providing administrative and operational support. Key responsibilities include :
- Executive day to day support
- Sales & Marketing operations support
- Build and maintain report, workflow
- Team coordination
- Admin & ad-hoc projects
Who you are
- Strong verbal and written English
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Naturally organised
- Fast with tools - pick up software quickly (must!)
- Self-managed
- Proactive, not reactive
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or marketing admin role
- Exceptional written English you will be drafting content that represents the business
- Experience supporting a senior leader or small business owner remotely
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and at least one project management tool (Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders without losing track
- Familiarity with software workflows is a strong advantage (content calendars, briefing designers, social scheduling)
- Experience with Canva, basic design tools, or CRM platforms is a plus
- Work with Australian work Hours and Australian public holidays
