Role OverviewWe are hiring Appointment Setters / Cold Callers to contact business owners who have already shown interest in funding solutions. The role is focused on re-engagement, qualification, and appointment bookingnot sales closing.
Key Responsibilities- Call warm and re-engaged leads from the CRM
- Handle inbound leads and follow up on previously contacted prospects
- Re-engage business owners who expressed interest but did not book a call
- Ask qualifying questions related to:Business status
- Funding interest
- Timing and eligibility
- Clearly explain next steps and book qualified appointments
- Overcome basic objections professionally
- Book appointments directly into the clients scheduling system
- Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and dispositions in the CRM
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and clean CRM records
- Meet daily call activity and appointment-setting targets
Qualifications- Clear, fluent English with strong communication skills
- Confident phone presence and professional demeanor
- Prior experience as an Appointment Setter or Cold Caller
- Experience in financial, lending, or funding campaigns is preferred(e.g., business loans, MCA, credit repair, funding services)
- Comfortable discussing business funding and credit topics (training provided)
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience using dialers (e.g., Aircall or similar)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., OnceHub or similar)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to work U.S. business hours

- Performance is closely monitored; agents not meeting expectations may be replaced
