We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone outreach and handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
- Set and manage appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and follow-ups
- Perform market research to gather and organize relevant data
- Manage email inboxes, including sorting, responding, and flagging important messages
- Handle data entry and documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Manage social media postings, including scheduling and basic engagement
- Organize and maintain digital files and folders
- Assist with content creation for emails, social media, or internal use as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with phone outreach and client/candidate interaction
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and SOPs
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
