Virtual Administrative Assistant (Full-Time | Sydney Time Zone)
We are seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant based in the Philippines to support the daily operations of an Australian service-based business. This is a full-time remote position, working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sydney time.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain professional relationships with installers and coordinate their availability
- Act as the first point of contact for complaints and manage rescheduling for installers or customers
- Handle daily installer inquiries, emails, and quotes
- Manage bookings using Tradify (booking software)
- Organize and maintain the CRM Upsourced (built on Go High Level)
- Book jobs, order materials, track job schedules, and manage invoices
- Follow up on completed jobs and issue invoices
Qualifications- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and improve processes
- Previous experience supporting Australian service-based businesses is preferred
- Familiarity with CRMs, booking systems, and customer communication
- Reliable, professional, and committed to long-term work
