VIP Incentive Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, execute, and review VIP incentive programs (bonuses, physical rewards, limited-time offers)

2. Develop differentiated incentive strategies based on player behavior and lifecycle data

3. Work closely with VIP Hosts to support personalized incentive execution and tracking

4. Manage incentive budgets and evaluate ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness

5. Support private-domain operations, incentive landing pages, and promotional activities

6. Provide incentive performance analysis and optimization recommendations

Requirements

. 1-3 years of experience in user operations, incentive operations, or gaming operations

. Strong understanding of player behavior and incentive mechanics in gaming or casino environments

. Data-driven with solid analytical and reporting skills

. Strong execution and cross-team collaboration abilities

. Experience with CRM systems, campaign tools, or dashboards is a plus
