Key Responsibilities
Event Driven
- Plan, coordinate, and execute VIP online and offline events, including exclusive gatherings, travel experiences, and player engagement activities.
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including concept development, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, onsite execution, and post-event review.
- Work closely with VIP Hosts to identify target participants and deliver personalized event experiences.
- Coordinate with marketing, branding, and external partners to ensure successful event promotion and execution.
- Track event performance, player satisfaction, retention impact, and ROI, providing actionable recommendations for future improvements.
Incentive Driven
- Design, execute, and review VIP incentive programs (bonuses, physical rewards, limited-time offers)
- Develop differentiated incentive strategies based on player behavior and lifecycle data
- Work closely with VIP Hosts to support personalized incentive execution and tracking
- Manage incentive budgets and evaluate ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Support private-domain operations, incentive landing pages, and promotional activities
- Provide incentive performance analysis and optimization recommendations
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in user operations, event operations, or gaming operations
- Experience in event planning, campaign management, hospitality, player development, or VIP operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of player behavior and incentive mechanics in gaming or casino environments.
- Willingness to travel and support onsite event execution when required.
- Strong dashboard development, reporting, and data analysis skills are required.
- Strong execution and cross-team collaboration abilities
- Experience with CRM systems, campaign tools, or dashboards is a plus
