Role Description The VIP Corporate Customer Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Central Luzon, Philippines. This role focuses on managing and supporting high-value corporate clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels. Daily tasks include handling complex account or service concerns, coordinating with internal teams such as operations and finance, and providing timely updates and solutions to corporate stakeholders. The VIP Corporate Customer Expert will monitor client satisfaction, track service performance, and recommend improvements to processes and procedures. The role may also involve assisting in client onboarding, supporting training initiatives, and documenting interactions to maintain accurate records and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

High School Graduate 

with 3-years Corporate Travel and VIP Customer Service experience

  • Preferably with GDS Amadeus Experience
  • Analytical Skills to assess client needs, interpret data, and recommend effective solutions and process improvements.
  • Basic to intermediate Finance knowledge to understand billing, account reconciliation, and corporate account structures.
  • Experience in Training or coaching to guide clients through products or services and support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Previous experience in corporate customer support, account management, or contact center operations is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Central Luzon, Philippines, with flexibility to adhere to shifting schedules if required.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Completion of at least a high school diploma; college-level education or a degree in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
