Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Property Manager role located in Las Pias City. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of properties, handling tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with leasing agreements and regulations.

Qualifications

• Property Management, Facilities Management, and Real Estate Brokerage skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of leasing agreements and property regulations
• Experience in engineering or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
