About the Role
The Village Engineer (Civil & Property Management) is responsible for planning, supervising, and maintaining civil infrastructure, as well as managing village-level properties and community assets. This role combines engineering expertise with property and asset management to ensure the sustainable use, protection, and development of village land, buildings, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and prepare cost estimates for village infrastructure projects.
- Supervise and monitor construction, repair, and maintenance works to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Ensure all projects adhere to environmental, safety, and government standards.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of village properties, land, and community assets.
- Support the valuation, leasing, and utilization of village properties in accordance with relevant policies and regulations.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (required).
