We are looking for a Vietnamese Account Manager to join our team in Ortigas, pasig. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth in the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with Vietnamese clients in the Southeast Asia region.
- Identify and understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and client feedback to senior management.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in account management or related field.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Southeast Asian market and business culture.
