Key Responsibilities
- Job Description
- Edit video and photo content for digital marketing, social media, and other online platforms.
- Create short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels.
- Edit user-generated content (UGC), incorporating effective hooks, captions, pacing, cutdowns, and creative variations to produce engaging content.
- Produce and enhance creative assets for paid and organic campaigns, including motion graphics, thumbnails, subtitles, and post-production edits.
- Utilize creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar editing platforms to produce high-quality visual content.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve editing workflows and content production efficiency.
- Stay up to date with digital content trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices.
- Top 5 Non-Negotiable/Priority Requirements
- Proven experience in video and/or photo editing for digital content.
- Experience editing short-form video content for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and other digital marketing channels.
- Experience producing digital advertising creatives, including motion graphics, thumbnails, subtitles, and post-production enhancements.
- Proficiency in one or more creative editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
