Job Description

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $600-$1000 USD

WHO WE ARE

We're not a typical health clinic.

Averus Group operates two health and wellness brands — Cerebral Health and Magnolia Hyperbarics — delivering advanced neurological and physical treatments including PEMF, HBOT, and Neurofeedback. Our patients come to us when conventional medicine hasn't worked. We get results because we hold ourselves to an exceptional standard across every function of the business — including marketing.

We're building an in-house team that owns outcomes, not just outputs. That means the people we hire aren't task-completers — they're operators who understand that the quality of their work directly affects whether a patient walks through our door and gets the help they need.

THE ROLE

Create content that moves people; and moves them to book.

This is a combined role for someone who is equally strong in short-form video editing and organic social media management. You'll edit raw clinic footage from Cerebral Health and Magnolia Hyperbarics into platform-native content — and then own everything that happens after it's published.

Community engagement, DM management, content calendar, lead routing, and monthly reporting — this is your function. You're not a content scheduler. You're the person who understands that a comment or a DM is a potential patient, and you act accordingly.

The content you create is often the first thing a patient sees before deciding to book. When that content is compelling, accurate, and on-brand— people take action. That's the standard we hold this role to.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Day-to-day, here's what this looks like.

  • Video Editing
  • Edit short-form video from raw clinic footage for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
  • Produce TikTok love letter format content — text-on-screen, B-roll driven — reducing on-camera dependency on clinicians.
  • Deliver completed edits by the morning after raw footage arrives — same-day turnaround is the standard.
  • Cut ad-specific edits separately from organic content — different objectives, different formats.
  • Produce myth/fact series, clinic walkthroughs, and patient education content from provided briefs.
  • Organic Social Management
  • Manage the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for both Cerebral Health and Magnolia Hyperbarics.
  • Publish a minimum of 5 posts and 3–5 Stories per week on Instagram; minimum 3 posts per week on TikTok.
  • Respond to all comments and DMs within 2 hours during business hours.
  • Identify warm leads in DMs and route them to the right booking flow or front desk contact.
  • Maintain ManyChat automation flows in coordination with the CRM Specialist.
  • Content Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with the clinic team to schedule raw footage recording sessions.
  • Track the incoming content pipeline — what's been filmed, edited, scheduled, and published.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice before it goes live: compassionate, confident, expert.
  • Deliver a monthly social post-mortem with performance data and actionable recommendations.
  • Update the weekly scorecard with social metrics: reach, engagement rate, DM leads, follower quality.

YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT IF...

Two functions. One person. Both at a high level.

  • You live on TikTok and Instagram.

Not as a casual scroller — as someone who studies hooks, watches what performs, and understands why. If you can't tell us what you watched this week, this isn't the role for you.

  • You can turn raw footage into a compelling Reel by tomorrow.

Same-day turnaround isn't a stretch goal — it's a baseline. You're fast, organised, and your output is polished under pressure.

  • You write captions that sound like a person, not a brand deck.

Warm, direct, and specific. Not We're proud to offer world-class treatment! — actual human language that connects.

  • You treat a DM like a sales conversation.

You know the difference between a curious follower and someone who's ready to book. You route them correctly and you don't let warm leads go cold.

  • You understand what content can't say in healthcare.

You know Meta's ad policies. You know what language flags a post. You don't need to learn this on the job.

  • You're strong in both editing and social — not just one.

This is a combined role by design. If you're a great editor who doesn't manage communities — or a great community manager who can't edit — we'll hire those functions separately.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

We take care of the people who take care of our patients.

  • Paid Time Off — Recharge so you can perform at your best. We respect the time you take away from work.
  • Sick Days — When life happens, it happens. Take the time you need to recover without the pressure.
  • Fully Remote — Work remote with a team spread across time zones — autonomy and flexibility built in.
  • Real Growth — This is a growing organization. As both brands scale, so do the opportunities for the people building them.
  • A Team That Cares — We hire people who are bought into the mission. You'll work alongside others who understand why the work matters, not just what the work is.
  • A Greater Mission — Every qualified booking you drive is a patient who gets access to treatment that could change their life. That's not marketing copy — that's the reality of what we do.

Ready to apply

Send us 3 short-form video samples (under 60 seconds each) and a content calendar or posting schedule you've managed. Show us your editing and your strategy — both matter equally here.
