Video Editor & Social Media Manager

WE'RE HIRING (2 SEPARATE ROLES): Short-Form Video Editor (PRIORITY) + Social Media Manager

We're looking for two different people to fill two different positions.

Priority hire is the SHORT-FORM VIDEO EDITOR. We need speed and quality.

1) SHORT-FORM VIDEO EDITOR (PRIORITY)

We need a short-form editor who can cut talking head content + fast-paced interviews into high-retention Reels/TikToks/Shorts.

NON-NEGOTIABLE

• Adobe Premiere Pro ONLY (no CapCut or other software)
• Fast turnaround (often within 24 hours)
• Strong hooks, pacing, punch-ins, b-roll, sound design
• Clean captions/burn-ins + quick revisions
• Organized workflow + strong communication

Test Required

• We'll give you access to files you must deliver a finished edit within 24 hours.

Pay

• Pay will be discussed and is based on speed + talent.

2) SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (SEPARATE ROLE)

This is for someone who will be in touch with me daily and handle client social execution.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with me
• Posting consistently
• Captions + hashtags
• Maintaining client social media (organization, consistency, engagement)

Pay

• Discussed based on experience and fit.
