Video Editor

We're an Australian-based creative production company producing high-quality video content across government, corporate, broadcast, and digital platforms. As our work continues to grow, we're expanding our post-production team and are looking for a talented Video Editor based in Manila to join us.
This role is well suited to someone who genuinely enjoys editing, takes pride in doing things properly, and likes working as part of a collaborative team, even when that team is based across borders.
What you'll be doing
You'll be working closely with our Australian editors and producers to bring a wide range of projects to life. Day to day, this includes:
- Editing short and long-form video content to a professional standard
- Assembling rough cuts, feedback, and mastering
- Following brand guidelines, style references, and technical specifications
- Preparing multiple versions and exports for different platforms
- Responding to feedback accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining organised project files and timelines
- Working collaboratively with editors, producers, and motion designers based in Australia
What we're looking for
- Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve
- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual clarity
- High attention to detail and strong quality control
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and communicate clearly in English
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and comfortable working across time zones
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Experience working with international or remote teams
- Basic colour correction and audio clean-up
- Experience with branded, corporate, or broadcast content
- Familiarity with Frame.io or similar review platforms
