The Role

We're looking for a Video Editor to work alongside our Videographer and Content Strategist, turning raw footage into sharp, scroll-stopping short-form content for social and paid ads. You'll be hands-on in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro daily, and you'll take real ownership of the final look and feel of everything you touch, especially colour grading.

This isn't a set it and forget it editing job. We hire for excellence, not mediocrity. If you're not genuinely proud of your showreel, this role isn't for you.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form video content for social channels and paid ad campaigns, from raw footage to finished, publish-ready cuts
• Colour grade footage to a consistently high, on-brand standard
• Work closely with our Videographer and Content Strategist to bring concepts to life and keep output moving at pace
• Cut multiple format variants (feed, Stories, Reels, ad placements) from the same source footage
• Stay across short-form trends, pacing, hooks, and editing styles that perform on social
• Manage your own project queue and turnaround times without needing to be chased

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience editing in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro
• Strong, demonstrable colour grading skills, not just colour correction
• A portfolio of short-form social and/or ads content you're genuinely proud to show off
• A real passion for video editing as a craft, not just a job
• A self-starter mindset. You're constantly learning new techniques, tools, and trends without being told to
• Comfortable working at pace in a fast-growing agency environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction while also bringing your own creative judgement
