Video Editor / Producer

Role Description

The Video Editor / Producer is responsible for the end-to-end production of video content for the brand's editorial platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels, YouTube videos (including podcasts, cooking shows, and feature segments), and digital-first storytelling.

Working in close coordination with the Art Director, Producer, and Managing Editor, he / she helps oversee all stages of video production—from concept development and shoot execution to post-production and final delivery—ensuring all content is on-brand, editorially sound, and optimized for each platform.

The role may also involve photography, basic art direction, and on-ground creative decision-making when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing tools.
• Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, podcasts, and other digital formats.
• Strong storytelling, visual, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of photography, camera operation, lighting, and audio production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with creative and editorial teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant video and content production work.
