The Video Editor is responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content for digital platforms. This role focuses on transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories that support marketing campaigns and brand messaging. Ideal for students or entry-level creatives, this position offers hands-on experience in video editing, social media content, and AI-powered production tools.
Duties & Responsibilities
Edit short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) video content
Perform color correction, audio balancing, and post-production enhancements
Optimize videos for various social media platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaigns and concepts
Apply current trends, storytelling techniques, and viral formats
Organize and manage video assets and project files
Utilize AI tools for captions, editing workflows, and content enhancement
Qualifications / Requirements
Open to students and entry-level applicants
Background in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects)
Portfolio (school projects, freelance work, or personal content) required
Willingness to learn and undergo training
