Video Editor / Motion Graphics Artist

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form videos from concept to final delivery
• Transform raw footage into engaging, story-driven content with strong hooks and pacing
• Create motion graphics, captions, titles, transitions, and branded visual assets
• Optimize videos for audience retention across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Organize project files and manage footage using Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with the team by suggesting creative ideas, improving content structure, and providing videography guidance

Experience & Proficiency:

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Should have professional video editing experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (or similar software)
• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, motion graphics, and retention-focused editing
• Experience editing short-form and long-form content for social media and YouTube
• Strong understanding of color correction, sound design, and audience retention techniques
• Familiarity with Google Drive, SharePoint, and AI-assisted editing tools is a plus
• Experience with videography concepts, nonprofit storytelling, or remote collaboration is a plus
