We're Hiring: Video Editor — Wellspring (Full-Time, Hybrid)

Wellspring is a fast-growing wellness brand known for our Sleep, Beauty, and Weight Management gummies. Our content lives where our customers scroll — and we're looking for a Video Editor who can make us stop-the-thumb worthy on TikTok and YouTube.

What you'll do

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts that hook in the first 3 seconds
• Cut long-form YouTube content that keeps viewers watching
• Turn raw UGC, product footage, and creator clips into scroll-stopping content
• Partner with our social and brand teams to keep a steady content pipeline
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats — and know which ones are worth chasing

What we're looking for

• 2–3+ years editing video professionally, with a portfolio of TikTok and YouTube work
• Fluency in the platforms — you understand pacing, retention, captions, and what makes content perform
• Strong command of editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar)
• A sharp eye for pacing, sound design, and on-screen text
• Bonus: motion graphics, thumbnail design, or experience in wellness/CPG
