As a Creative Specialist, youll play a vital role in producing the kind of performance-driven creative that powers this scale. Youll be sourcing raw content (UGC, testimonials, stock), editing short-form video ads, designing static image assets, and creating multiple variations for testing across platforms like Meta or TikTok. You&aposll turn briefs into high-performing assets, contribute to creative ideation, and play an active role in campaign testing and iteration. Youll collaborate closely with our media buyers, strategists, and copywriters to ensure every creative not only looks great but moves the needle.

If you succeed in this role, youll have the opportunity to step into more ownershipleading creative projects, contributing to strategy, and helping us refine the systems that support consistent, scalable creative output.

Here are the baseline skills and experience were looking for:

  • Strong experience editing short-form video content for Meta or TikTok using tools like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
  • Skilled in graphic design using Photoshop, Figma, or similar.
  • Familiarity with creative ad formats, content pacing, and best practices for performance marketing.
  • Able to interpret briefs and execute within brand and platform requirements.
  • Organized in managing raw content, revisions, and deliverables.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with openness to feedback and continuous iteration.

Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

  • Interpret client briefs to ensure proper creative direction.
  • Ensure pacing, hook placement, and storytelling structure are optimized for the first three seconds, maintaining engagement through to the call-to-action (CTA).
  • Create complete video advertisements by combining selected clips, transitions, and effects that align with the script&aposs intent.
  • Develop both new videos and iterations of existing content to optimize performance.

Creative Revisions & Optimization

  • Create video variations specifically designed to overcome performance challenges.
  • Maintain a test-and-learn mindset, recognizing creativity as an evolving asset, not a one-and-done execution.

Asset Versioning & Output

  • Produce multiple versions of each creative asset to support split testing.
  • Prepare all deliverables in the proper naming conventions (e.g., CreativeNumber_Offer_Angles_Temperature).
  • Export assets in various resolutions, aspect ratios, and file sizes for use across different ad platforms.

Content Sourcing & Management

  • Research and collect high-converting and high-quality creative assets including AI-generated assets, b-rolls (using the different software we provide), and client-provided materials. Able to maintain said assets.
  • Utilize AI video generation tools (Runway, Veo, Flux, etc.) to create custom b-roll and visual content.

Team Collaboration

  • Attend weekly syncs or briefings to align on team production, status, and goals.
  • Share creative insights or trends seen in the market or competitor ads.

Optional: Image Design & Layout

  • Execute and design a variety of ad types like carousels, quote graphics, testimonials, and infographics.
  • Follow brand guidelines while ensuring flexibility for creative testing (e.g., experimenting with different fonts, color overlays, and product placements).
