Position Overview

We are looking for a skilledVideo Editor with a minimum of3 years of professional experience to join our marketing agency's content team. In this role, you will edit and produce video content formultiple clients across different industries, requiring a strong ability toadapt to different brand voices, visual styles, and campaign objectives.

The ideal candidate understands the nuances ofshort-form, social-first content as well as long-form video, and can efficiently manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative and production standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Production
  • Edit and produceengaging video content for multiple client brandsacross platforms including social media, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns
  • Create and editshort-form content (Reels, Shorts)as well aslong-form videos and YouTube contentaligned with each client's marketing strategy
  • Adapt editing styles tomatch different brand voices, visual identities, and audience expectations
  • Optimize video formats, pacing, captions, transitions, and structure forplatform-specific performance and audience engagement
  • Managemultiple client video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high production quality
  • Incorporateinternal team and client feedback efficientlyto refine and finalize video deliverables
  • Maintain organizedvideo asset libraries, project files, and templatesto streamline workflows across multiple accounts
Content Creation & Strategy
  • Contribute to theplanning, development, and execution of strategic contentacross platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Craft and editcompelling, brand-aligned visual storytellingthat supports broader marketing and SEO objectives with Social Media Specilist
  • Collaborate withstrategists, designers, and content marketersto develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and campaign content
  • Ensure content supportsinbound marketing campaigns and cross-channel brand consistency
Visual Design & Creative Execution
  • Produce visually engaging digital content includingbranded videos, motion graphics, reels, and social media assets
  • Apply clientbrand guidelines consistentlywhile innovating with new formats and creative approaches
  • Leverage motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling techniques toincrease engagement and content performance
Innovation & Workflow Management
  • Stay ahead ofemerging trends, editing techniques, AI tools, and platform algorithm changesto keep client content competitive
  • Assist in managing publishing workflows and asset delivery across content management or scheduling platforms
  • Continuously refine editing workflows and templates toincrease production efficiency and scalabilityacross accounts
Data-Driven Optimization
  • Monitor video and content performance metrics such asengagement, reach, retention, and conversions
  • Support the development ofcontent insights and recommendationsbased on analytics
  • Use performance data totest, refine, and scale high-performing video formats and storytelling approaches
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally within a marketing agency, media company, or content production environment
  • Proficiency inAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience usingAI-powered editing tools and automation workflowsto improve efficiency and scale content production
  • Strong understanding ofstorytelling, pacing, transitions, motion design, and visual engagement techniques
  • Ability tomanage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines simultaneouslyin a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellentcommunication and collaboration skillswhen working with internal teams and clients
  • Creative mindset with astrong eye for detail, visual consistency, and brand alignment

  • Experience working in amarketing agency or multi-client environment
  • Skills inmotion graphics, animation, and visual effects
