Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer based in the Philippines.
You will produce engaging video content, animations and motion graphics for our B2B media, digital campaigns and events across Asia-Pacific. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation and video production.
Role Description
- Edit and produce engaging videos for websites, social media, marketing campaigns and events.
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, infographics and visual effects.
- Turn scripts, briefs and raw footage into polished and compelling video content.
- Produce promotional videos, event highlights, interviews, speaker videos and short-form social content.
- Create animated content that explains business topics clearly and professionally.
- Perform colour correction, audio editing, sound mixing and video enhancement.
- Resize and adapt videos for different digital and social media platforms.
- Work closely with the design, marketing, editorial and events teams.
- Organise and manage video footage, audio files and other creative assets.
- Ensure all work follows brand guidelines and is delivered on schedule.
- Keep up to date with video, animation and social media content trends.
- Manage multiple projects and revisions while meeting deadlines.
Key Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience in video editing, animation or motion graphics.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognised university, preferably in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Film, Design, Communications or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience creating 2D animation, motion graphics and visual effects.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of video composition, typography, colour, pacing and visual storytelling.
- Experience editing interviews, event videos, promotional content and social media videos.
- Good written and spoken English, with the ability to understand creative briefs and communicate clearly.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to respond positively to feedback.
- Experience with 3D animation or software such as Cinema 4D or Blender would be an advantage.
- Applicants must provide a current portfolio or showreel demonstrating both video-editing and animation work.
