We're one of the fastest-growing dental SaaS platforms in the US — and we need a creative machine who treats output like a competitive advantage.

Why BiteBot:

BiteBot replaces overpriced agencies for dental practices with one platform: ads, AI follow-up, and CRM. We grew from 0 to 400 clients in 5 months — no investors, just a tight team that executes.

We already know what works: UGC-style videos, bold hooks, before/afters, pattern interrupts. What we need now is someone who can produce winning creatives at volume — and keep raising the bar.

What you'll do:

  • Design and edit 50–100 ad creatives per week — static images, carousels, and short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Produce UGC-style video ads: testimonials, before/afters, product demos, and hook-first formats built for scroll-stopping performance
  • Create multiple variations of the same concept — different hooks, headlines, pacing — for rapid A/B testing
  • Build and maintain branded content for BiteBot's social channels — Reels, story graphics, carousels
  • Work from briefs but also pitch your own angles and hooks
  • Iterate on creatives based on performance data (CTR, hold rate, CPA) alongside the media buying team

This is a volume role. Speed and consistency matter as much as quality. If you're someone who spends 3 days perfecting one graphic, this isn't the right fit.

What you'll need:

MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience producing high-converting ad creatives for Meta / Instagram
  • Strong video editing skills — short-form, UGC-style, captions, pacing, hooks (this is non-negotiable)
  • Strong design skills: bold typography, clean layouts, mobile-first
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Ability to produce high volume without sacrificing quality
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing — not just aesthetics

 BONUS

  • After Effects / motion graphics / text animations
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or agency environments

You should be: fast, deadline-driven, obsessed with what performs, and comfortable receiving direct feedback on your work.
