The Video Content Designer is responsible for supporting the growth of CloudEats brands through engaging short-form video content and motion-based storytelling. This role is primarily focused on creating high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and marketplace channels, while also providing supporting graphic design assets when needed.
Working closely with the Creative Manager & Social Media Officer,, the Video Content Designer transforms marketing objectives, trends, and consumer insights into compelling content that strengthens brand visibility, drives engagement, and supports business growth across the CloudEats portfolio.
Main Duties
Video Content Creation
- Produce short-form video content for multiple CloudEats brands across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Edit engaging videos ranging from 15–90 seconds optimized for platform performance and audience retention
- Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual enhancements that elevate content quality
- Adapt content formats according to platform requirements and campaign objectives
Creative Execution
- Translate campaign briefs, marketing objectives, and content strategies into compelling video content
- Support campaign launches through video-first creative assets
- Assist in creating graphic assets when required, including social media posts, thumbnails, and supporting campaign materials
Trend & Content Innovation
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, editing styles, platform updates, and content best practices
- Identify opportunities to apply relevant trends to CloudEats brands while maintaining brand integrity
- Continuously explore new editing techniques, AI tools, and content formats
Creator & Asset Management
- Organize video assets and project files according to team standards
- Support content creator management through content review and quality assurance
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to execute campaigns
- Participate in content ideation, creative reviews, and brainstorming sessions
- Manage multiple brands and content calendars simultaneously
