Job Title: Video Conferencing Operations Engineer
Role Overview
The Video Conferencing Operations Engineer will manage the daily operation, support, and optimization of the Firms video conferencing systems. This role ensures reliable, high-quality video communication, resolves technical issues, and maintains system health while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain video conferencing systems and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for video conferencing issues.
- Follow Firm standards for system configuration, security, and change management.
- Document system configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Assist with deployment, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
- Stay updated on industry developments and recommend improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response.
- Support business continuity and compliance with ISMS standards.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise video conferencing systems (e.g., Cisco, Polycom, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms).
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of network fundamentals as they relate to video conferencing.
- Experience with system documentation, change management, and vendor collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and in a team; excellent organizational skills
- Project management and enterprise architecture experience is a plus.
